Our story
Built for professionals who are ready for what's next
recolattacqualisted was founded in Toronto in 2014 by a team of former HR directors, operations leaders and certified executive coaches. They kept seeing the same pattern: highly capable professionals were promoted on technical skill, then left to work out leadership, communication and career strategy on their own.
We set out to close that gap. Today we work with mid-career managers, specialists and team leads across Canada. Every program combines practical business skills training with a personal career plan and a coach who stays with you from start to finish.

It's a 30-minute conversation with an advisor, by video or in person at our Toronto office. We talk about where you are now, where you want to go and what's in the way, then recommend the program and plan that fit. There's no cost and no obligation to enrol.
No. Many participants are senior specialists preparing for their first leadership role, or professionals planning a move into a new field. We tailor the content and coaching to your starting point.
Plan for three to five hours a week: a 90-minute live workshop, a 50-minute coaching session (depending on your plan) and short practical assignments you complete at work. All workshops are recorded if you miss one.
If you decide within seven days of starting your program that it isn't right for you, email us and we'll refund 100% of what you paid. No forms or explanations needed. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Yes, we invoice employers directly and offer group pricing for teams. Your coaching conversations stay confidential either way. Tax treatment depends on your situation, so ask your accountant or check CRA guidance. We'll provide receipts and program details for your records.
