1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of recolattacqualisted.info and your enrolment in programs offered by recolattacqualisted, 100 King Street West, Suite 5700, Toronto, Ontario M5X 1C7, Canada. Contact: info@recolattacqualisted.info · +1 (416) 364-2871. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We provide career strategy coaching and business skills training in leadership development, workplace communication, management capabilities, professional planning and career transition support, delivered in person in Toronto and live online. Our programs are non-credit professional development. Certificates of completion confirm program participation and are not academic credentials or professional licences.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Our programs provide tools, training and coaching to support your professional development. We do not guarantee promotions, job offers, salary increases, career changes or any specific result, as outcomes depend on individual effort, experience, employer decisions and labour market conditions. Testimonials on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results.
4. Enrolment, pricing and billing
- All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are added at checkout.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a 30% discount compared with monthly pricing.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change. Changes do not affect periods already paid.
5. 7-day satisfaction guarantee
If you decide within seven calendar days of your program start date that it is not right for you, email info@recolattacqualisted.info and we will refund 100% of the amount paid. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Annual plan cancellation after 7 days
If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day guarantee period, we will refund the amount you paid minus the months already started, which are charged at the standard (non-discounted) monthly rate. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
7. Rescheduling
One-to-one coaching sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice may be counted as used. If we must reschedule a live workshop, we will notify you as early as possible and provide a recording or an alternative date.
8. Participant responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when enrolling.
- Treat coaches, facilitators and other participants with respect.
- Keep confidential any personal or business information shared by other participants.
- Do not record, copy or distribute program materials without written permission.
9. Intellectual property
All content on our website and in our programs, including materials, recordings, templates and branding, belongs to recolattacqualisted or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use program materials for your own professional development.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to any program is limited to the fees you paid for that program. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platforms or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be waived.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Consumers may also rely on the consumer protection laws of their own province of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
